About The Role The FP&A Analyst role will support the wider business via commercial analysis, reporting and providing insights to ensure robust decision making and a clear understanding of financial implications.

This role sits in the HQ reporting to the Head of FP&A and works in close conjunction with the wider commercial, production and brand marketing teams, to assist in achieving the group financial expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Produce budgeting and forecasting templates for Commercial Departments.

Consolidation of department MI and inputs on a weekly and monthly basis.

Supporting the Head of FP&A with regard to maintain rolling forecasts and 5 year planning.

Data analysis and support across the Commercial team.

Challenging areas of the business and highlighting Opportunities & Risks.

Project lead on MI software development and enhancements to our reporting platform. Offering support and guidance to other commercial functions with regard to MI software.

About You Candidate must have:

Degree qualified with a strong academic track record.

Part Qualified accountant (e.g. CA, CIMA, ACCA, ACMA).

Experience gained via operating in a fast paced organisation.

Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.

Excellent Excel capabilities with experience of manipulating large volumes of data.

Ability to prioritise and adapt to workload.

Inquisitive nature and driven to challenge and improve current practices.

Self-starting and able to build strong relationships across the business.

Credible, with the ability to influence decision making.
