FP&A Analyst Location:

Herts/Essex border (Flexible working - typically 2-3 days in the office p/w) Salary:

55,000 - 65,000 per annum, plus bonus, excellent pension, healthcare options, and more

We're searching for a proficient FP&A Analyst to join our client's close-knit and dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a significant part in providing essential financial insights for strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate in preparing and analysing revenue forecasts. Use financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities, providing insights to key stakeholders. Continuously enhance the relevance and quality of reports. Address financial queries from various business units and stakeholders. Assist in the timely preparation, consolidation, and presentation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans. Support business stakeholders in generating accurate budget and forecast data within specified timelines. Enhance and develop models to streamline the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Aid in developing and maintaining financial models for diverse projects and business units, covering both capital and non-capital expenditures. Contribute to project reporting against budgets or forecasts, offering precise financial analyses of project delivery. Undertake ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis as required.

Experience/Qualifications:

Qualified CIMA accountant or progressing towards your ACA/ACCA qualification. Experience within an FP&A team or commercial role. Demonstrable experience and knowledge of budgeting and forecasting. Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills. Strong proficiency in Excel. Strong analytical capabilities coupled with keen attention to detail. Self-motivated with robust problem-solving abilities. Experience with ERP systems and modelling is highly desirable.

Package:

Competitive salary of up to 60,000, along with an attractive bonus structure.
