FP&A Analyst
to join their talented team. This is a high-impact role where you will provide critical financial insights, collaborate with key stakeholders and execs, and help shape strategic decision-making within the UK business. Role Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Finance Business Partners to gain insights into business performance and develop regular Management Information (MI) reports Take charge of the management reporting for the business' central support functions, ensuring accuracy and clarity Provide financial insights and support to various underwriting teams through effective business partnering Support the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals Drive process improvements and contribute to the creation of standardised reporting and MI frameworks Skills / Experience:
Qualified Accountant: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Big 4 experience is ideal (PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, EY) Highly motivated with a proactive and strategic mindset Exceptionally organised and efficient in managing tasks Skilled in data manipulation and analysis Meticulous attention to detail Eager to learn and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic business environment Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint If you are passionate about this opportunity and meet the qualifications and skills outlined, we encourage you to promptly submit your CV for consideration.
