Job Description
Lead on all aspects of the annual budgeting process, financial business planning, spend review and in year budget review.
Creation of models on expenditure and costing options for future areas of work
Provide insightful analysis to support effective decision making.
Management of planning process and the strategic outcomes.
Develop and implement robust financial plans in line with strategic objectives.
Monitor and report on financial performance against plan.
Identify and implement process improvements in budgeting and planning.
The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Budget and Planning Manager should have: Strong FP&A background Proven experience in a similar role. Experience of running budgeting or spending round reviews Strong analytical skills with the ability to make complex financial decisions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-finance staff. Experience of turning complex data into compelling insights Ability to create excel models Background of internal and external stakeholder management skills What's on Offer £400 - £480 a day umbrella 6 month hybrid role A dynamic, collaborative and professional working environment.
