As the FP&A Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop actionable financial insights and strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. Lead the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance and assess new opportunities. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for accurate forecasting and budgeting. Implement and improve financial reporting systems and tools for efficiency and accuracy. Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted performance. Support strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis on key initiatives and projects. Monitor business performance metrics and recommend corrective actions when necessary. Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed, contributing financial expertise. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant finance certification is a plus. Ideally qualified or part qualified in ACCA, CIMA or ACA Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis. Proficient in financial modeling, analytics, and reporting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication skills, with the capability to present financial insights to diverse audiences. Experience with financial software and advanced proficiency in Excel. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
