The FP&A Manager will be involved in financial planning and analysis activities, providing critical financial input to support strategic decision-making within the accounting and finance department. Based in Leeds, the role requires an understanding of financial services industry trends, financial reporting and data analysis. Description Involved in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities. Provide in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Identify, track and report on key financial and non-financial performance indicators. Engage with stakeholders across the business to gather input and buy-in for financial plans. Maintain robust financial models to support the planning and forecasting process. Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and systems. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Support and coach junior accountants in the team Profile A successful FP&A Manager should have: Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent. Experience in financial planning and analysis activities Background within the financial services industry (desirable) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting. Job Offer A competitive salary in the region of £60,000 per annum.
