What will you be doing as a FP&A Manager This position will be responsible for developing, communicating, and reporting on operating metrics that will drive business unit performance including revenue, margin, EBITDA, and cash flow. The incumbent will provide EMEA senior leadership with insight and recommendations that will maximise profitability and cash flow while establishing relationships within the business that promote idea sharing, elimination of redundancy, establishment of common goals, and results in maximisation of profitability for the company. Assist accounting group as required to complete monthly close. Generate timely and accurate Financial/operational reporting to senior leadership with a focus on explaining why the variances occurred in addition to what they are. Identify exposure and opportunities to enhance profit and improve cash flow within the business unit. Development of improved customer, product and manager profitability reporting. Establish forecasting process including templates, timetable and ongoing communication that encompass all income statement line items. Develop models that provide accurate forecasts. Understand existing operational dashboards and processes that can be leveraged. Measure variances and establish forecast accuracy criteria. Work alongside the Accounting team to understand potential anomalies in business results. Establish budget process including templates, timetable and ongoing communication that encompass all income statement line items. Finalize measurable goals and commitments within multiple levels of the business unit. Oversee (coaches, mentors, and directs) a direct staff of 1 to 2 people. Set appropriate goals and objectives for staff. Desired Previous Experience: 2-3 Years FP&A Experience, with prior accounting experience. Be able to demonstrate achievements in prior FP&A role. Timely and clear communication skills. Strong organization skills – ability to manage multiple requests at once and work in a deadline-driven environment. Ability to work successfully in a team and support multiple leaders with various levels of financial knowledge. Proactive style regarding issues and opportunities. Proficiency in Excel, Access and PowerPoint, with Power BI being an advantage. Don’t meet every single requirement?
