Job Description
Oversee financial planning and analysis activities.
Deliver accurate financial forecasts and reports.
Drive budgeting process and financial modelling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial efficiency.
Monitor financial performance and identify trends.
Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues.
Manage and develop a high-performing finance team.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Manager should have:
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in the use of financial software and applications.
