Fractional CFOs

to join our network, offering part-time financial leadership to growing companies within the consumer industry. Responsibilities: Support Founder led businesses post-investment Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals, helping companies manage growth, reduce costs, and drive profitability. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to provide clear insights into the company’s financial health. Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimisation, and liquidity planning to ensure financial stability. Provide accurate and timely financial reports to company leadership, boards, and investors. Analyseand optimise cost structures, ensuring businesses achieve healthy margins and operational efficiency. Support businesses in preparing for fundraising, managing relationships with investors, and ensuring financial readiness for capital events. Identify financial risks and recommend strategies to mitigate these, ensuring robust internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to CEOs and senior leadership teams, providing guidance on financial decisions, growth strategies, and market opportunities. Requirements: Proven background as CFO within the consumer industry Deep understanding of the consumer sector, with experience in navigating the financial challenges. Strong background in financial planning, reporting, cash flow management, and operational financial management. Proven experience in preparing companies for fundraising, managing investor relations, and supporting capital raises. Ability to contribute to overall business strategy from a financial perspective, with a focus on scalability and profitability. Familiarity with modern financial tools, accounting systems, and e-commerce platforms.
