Job Description Acuity Associates is working with a c.£50m revenue business with strong EBITDA that is seeking a highly skilled Fractional CFO to provide immediate support as they navigate a period of leadership transition. This role is pivotal in restoring confidence in financial reporting and ensuring robust processes are in place.

Key Responsibilities: Lead financial strategy and rebuild confidence in the numbers Oversee accurate financial reporting, with a focus on US GAAP compliance Support the existing team in stabilising operations and implementing recommendations from an ongoing Financial Infrastructure Review (FIRE) Address challenges in stock-based accounting, distribution, or similar sectors Ideal candidate: Proven experience as a CFO, ideally in stock-based or distribution-focused businesses Strong working knowledge of US GAAP Track record of stabilising finance functions during periods of leadership flux Ability to commit 3–4 days per week starting in January, for 5–6 months Additional details: Location:
Hybrid, based out of office space in Mayfair. Day rate:
