We have an exciting opportunity for a new service that has been started here at East Surrey Hospital, focusing on our Frailty service within the Front Door area.
We are looking for a therapist that can provide specialist assessments and management of patients living with Frailty with complex health and social needs and supporting with treatment and discharge needs whilst they are in the hospital.
You will also be the responsible Occupational Therapist covering our same day emergency care unit, which is a new area that is evolving as the Frailty service develops.
