Job overview We have an exciting opportunity for a new service that has been started here at East Surrey Hospital, focusing on our Frailty service within the Front Door area.
We are looking for a therapist that can provide specialist assessments and management of patients living with Frailty with complex health and social needs and supporting with treatment and discharge needs whilst they are in the hospital.
You will also be the responsible Occupational Therapist covering our same day emergency care unit, which is a new area that is evolving as the Frailty service develops.

Successful candidates will be appointed to the first pay step within the band when they start with the Trust. For part-time roles you will receive a pro rata'd salary payment based on the appropriate pay step/point and hours worked.
Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust operate a 24-hour service and all nursing, clinical and operational roles will require staff to work 24/7 shifts (if required).
