A leading developer is actively seeking a frame manager to join their team on a major development in South West London. This developer currently has a new scheme underway in South West London, creating a brand new community. Once completed it will contain over 400 new homes, a community park, and commercial properties. A multi-million-pound development, it is made up of several RC frame blocks, containing 1-3 bedroom flats. As a frame manager, you will be on a phase reporting into the Project Manager. Your main focus will be to monitor all the frameworks, ensuring the subcontractor is following the program, H&S, and monitoring their works. To be considered for this role you must have: Previous experience working for frame contractors as a site manager or project manager Longevity with previous employers Be from an engineering background/degree educated Driven attitude Experience in managing H&S This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading developers, with a strong pipeline of work in the area, offering excellent career progression opportunities.
