£120,000 - £130,000 basic Car or allowance Bonus Lodging subsistence Family Bupa Pension Role Description The Resolute Group has been retained by a Tier 1 contractor who has recently been awarded a 5-year framework to support the building improvements across an MOD site. Worth £500m over the next 5 years, there is a mixture of demolition, site clearance, new buildings, refurbishments, new roads and associated infrastructure. Reporting to the Operations Director, your role is to lead the client liaison and delivery team on site. You will work with the client in the development and delivery of the upgrade programme, managing an on-site team that includes Commercial, Technical, and Operations delivery capabilities. With the projects being a mix of New Build and Infrastructure, the background can be varied for this position. We are looking for someone who works for a Tier 1 contractor and has delivered large projects circa £50m+ in value, such as: Mega sheds (Build and surrounding infrastructure) New build developments (Building and surrounding Infrastructure) Complex builds that are more than just a building (Hospitals, Data Centres, Aviation, manufacturing, Industrial, Logistic parks, etc.) This role is site-based, working with the client on-site in Cumbria 4 days a week. Being around your team and client is key due to the different elements of this position. As it is a MOD site, you will need security clearance, which requires a 5-year working history, ideally UK-based, to ensure a smooth process. Required Experience Degree qualified, ideally in a Construction or Engineering subject. Experience in leading and delivering a £50m project in a Tier 1 contractor in the UK. Full driving license. Willingness to lodge away 4 days a week on-site in Cumbria. Able to pass Security clearance to work on the MOD site.
