Job Title: Frameworks Manager Location: Covering the West Midlands region with travel Salary: to £90k plus car/allowance + bonus to 20 % and benefits We are seeking an accomplished Framework Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple projects within the clean water and wastewater sector. You'll be based from our hub in Tipton but have a remit that covers the UK, working on projects for our biggest customers (Severn Trent Water, Wessex Water and more). These projects, valued between £100k and £1m, will involve concrete structural works alongside mechanical and electrical elements. The role requires ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, optimising project performance, and fostering strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. What's the role: Proactively manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective planning, resource allocation and programming as key tools to drive successful delivery. Provide leadership and direction to Delivery Managers within the team, ensuring alignment with project goals and company objectives. Work closely with Project, Commercial, Design, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Set clear, measurable targets for team performance, ensure roles and responsibilities are well-defined, and hold team members accountable for delivering quality outcomes. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, lead framework and contract meetings, and deliver comprehensive management reporting. Develop, maintain, and measure performance against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Encourage team involvement in achieving business goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to reduce costs and maximise value, ensuring projects are delivered within budget while achieving financial targets What you'll need: Degree, or equivalent, in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying To hold appropriate qualifications in Project / Business Management and be able to display a sound understanding of relevant Legislation, CDM Regulations & duties, Programme, and NEC Contracts A proven track record in Project/Frameworks Management Experience in building collaborative relationships with existing and new clients and suppliers To have management experience and ideally a technical understanding of the Water Industry A full driving licence What you'll get in return: Salary up to £90K depending on experience Company car/allowance Private Medical Cover Up to 20% bonus Up to 6% matched pension contribution Hybrid working environment with Tipton as a base Exposure to high-profile and rewarding projects The chance to build your career group-wide and truly develop
