Fraud Investigator - Household Claims

Job Details Conduct new reviews of newly identified claims of concern and provide guidance to the wider claims teams. Conduct investigations on claims suspected of fraud, including desktop investigations and formal interviews. Conduct intelligence and desktop investigations using various systems. Serve as a technical referral point for Home Claims Handlers in fraud identification. Support the design of relevant fraud processes. Help deliver a market-leading fraud defense for Home Claims.
Skills We Would Love You To Have Strong technical claims understanding and familiarity with the end-to-end claims journey. Strong technical fraud background or experience in household or property claims. Ability to make decisions, challenge the status quo, and communicate effectively with a varied audience.
