To mainly manage requests made under Freedom of Information and Environmental Information Regulations to ensure the Trust is legislatively compliant. To record all activity for FOI/EIR on Datix to ensure we have a well-documented chronology of the requests from their acknowledgment to formal written response. To join the Disclosure Team when able to support the delivery of in excess of 300 disclosure Subject Access requests a month, including Health Records and Human Resources files. To answer calls from requestors to assist with their enquiries. To concentrate for long periods to ensure accuracy of work as our work is all measured against legal compliance.
