Freelance Administrator for the Dumfries and Galloway Cultural Partnership, hosted by DG Unlimited. DG Unlimited, on behalf of the partners of the Dumfries and Galloway Cultural Partnership, is proud to announce an exciting new cultural sector opportunity. Applications are now invited from individuals with the right skills and experience to serve as a freelance Administrator for the Dumfries and Galloway Cultural Partnership. Contract Commission is: 3 days per week, up to a maximum of 144 days, paid each calendar month. The contract is for one year/12 months from the commencement of the commission. Fees are £110 per day (8-hour day). £1,320 per month (for one year, based upon 12 days per month). The key elements of the role are: To expediently and accurately provide administration duties to support the work of the DG Cultural Partnership, specifically to provide administrative support to the Chair, Coordinator, and Thematic Groups, at meetings, events, and as required. To undertake general administrative duties including processing and preparation of correspondence, papers, and reports, and the management of digital filing systems used by the DG Cultural Partnership. To file and archive material as required using the DG Cultural Partnership filing and information systems. Working with the Cultural Partnership Chair, Coordinator, and Partners to ensure the DG Cultural Partnership is administered to in a timely and accurate fashion. Key Milestones: On behalf of the Chair, Coordinator, and Partners: Respond efficiently and accurately to enquiries for the Cultural Partnership. Provide direct administrative support to the Chair and Coordinator in the day-to-day administration of the Cultural Partnership. File and archive paperwork relating to the Cultural Partnership. Hosting: DG Unlimited is hosting the Cultural Partnership posts in support of, and as part of its work for Dumfries and Galloway Council and the DG Cultural Partnership.
