What are we looking for?

Experienced Clinical/Educator/Nurse trainers who enjoy passing on their up-to-date knowledge to learners of different levels. Requirements

Must-Have:

Subject and hands-on practical experience in topics such as: Venepuncture Suction and Oxygen Cough Assist PEG Feeding Preferred:

CHAPS Ear Irrigation You must be:

Confident

in your communication skills to be able to teach various levels of staff within health and social care. Reliable

- we highly value the efforts of our customers to arrange training. We cannot work with individuals who don't value our customers’ time and frequently cancel commitments at short notice. IT literate

– you must be able to use email, Zoom, WhatsApp, and team calendar. Excellent time management

- we ask all trainers to inform us 48 hours in advance if paperwork has yet to arrive. Have experience

working within Health and Social Care and have hands-on and theory subject knowledge as well as previous teaching experience (PTLLS or equivalent required). Honest

- if we ask you to do a course and you don’t have the experience, say no. Adaptable and flexible

- you must be experienced in both subject and training to work with what is available. Have experience with completing documentation accurately

and sending it in by the end of the training session. We appreciate that you may not solely work for us and may have other commitments, but we treat our freelance trainers as team members and are

looking to grow our team with people who want to support us and represent Caring for Care . Full driving license Experience in health and social care Doctor or Nurse with valid NMC/GMC PTLLS / AET/ PGCE Able to travel across the UK Enjoys training and meeting new people.
