Your Responsibilities As a Distance Learning Tutor, you will: Develop and deliver engaging education programs that meet learner needs Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals Support learners to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential About You To be successful in this role, you will need: A teaching qualification or subject specialist qualification at Level A track record of effective teaching in your subject specialism Strong communication and interpersonal skills A commitment to ongoing professional development Assessor Award (e.g., CAVA, TAQA) Benefits Ongoing training and professional development opportunities A supportive and collaborative team environment The chance to make a real difference in the lives of learners Flexible working We deliver a variety of courses all ranging between Level 2 - Level 3 Qualifications.
