Key Responsibilities: Performance & Development Management Implement and oversee objective performance evaluations. Design training programmes and development plans aligning with individual growth and company objectives and positioning. Establish career progression strategies and support disciplinary procedures with fairness and compliance. Compensation & Benefits Manage a structured, market-aware salary review system. Create and manage a transparent, performance-linked bonus structure. Leave & Holiday Management Manage the holiday calendar to balance staffing needs with employee well-being. Ensure clarity and fairness in leave policies. Recruitment & Onboarding Review and refine job descriptions to attract high-quality talent. Assist with candidate screening and participate in interviews to provide diverse perspectives. Draft and review employment contracts to ensure compliance and clarity. Employee Engagement & Wellbeing Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement feedback-driven initiatives. Champion diversity and inclusion through policies, training, and proactive measures. Culture & Conflict Resolution Enhance workplace culture through team-building activities and open communication. Implement effective conflict resolution methods to maintain a harmonious environment. Policy Compliance & Growth Support Regularly review and update HR policies to comply with changing laws and best practices. Who We’re Looking For: Proven track record in HR management, ideally within small businesses or creative environments. Professional HR qualifications (e.g., CIPD or equivalent) preferred. Experience in managing growth and change within a developing business. Strong understanding of HR best practices, legal compliance, and employee relations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and foster a positive workplace culture. Highly organised and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing HR challenges. Passionate about employee development and fostering a supportive, inclusive culture. Adaptable and flexible, ready to meet the evolving needs of a growing business. Proficiency with HR software/tools is an advantage. Commitment to confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information. What’s in It for You?
