Create and manage a transparent, performance-linked bonus structure. Leave & Holiday Management Manage the holiday calendar to balance staffing needs with employee well-being. Ensure clarity and fairness in leave policies. Recruitment & Onboarding Review and refine job descriptions to attract high-quality talent. Assist with candidate screening and participate in interviews to provide diverse perspectives. Draft and review employment contracts to ensure compliance and clarity. Employee Engagement & Wellbeing Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement feedback-driven initiatives. Champion diversity and inclusion through policies, training, and proactive measures. Culture & Conflict Resolution Enhance workplace culture through team-building activities and open communication. Implement effective conflict resolution methods to maintain a harmonious environment. Policy Compliance & Growth Support Regularly review and update HR policies to comply with changing laws and best practices. Who We’re Looking For: Proven track record in HR management, ideally within small businesses or creative environments. Professional HR qualifications (e.g., CIPD or equivalent) preferred. Experience in managing growth and change within a developing business. Strong understanding of HR best practices, legal compliance, and employee relations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and foster a positive workplace culture. Highly organised and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing HR challenges.
