An exciting opportunity for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable regional main contractor on a £4 million warehouse build project with mezzanine floor. This role offers the chance to work on a dynamic, fast-paced project with a well-regarded contractor known for delivering exceptional results in the commercial and industrial sectors.
The Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing the commercial aspects of this warehouse construction project, ensuring efficient cost management, contract administration, and subcontractor relationships.
About You:
Proven Quantity Surveying experience in a construction environment.
Strong understanding of industry-standard forms of contract.
Skilled in cost management, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
Confident in managing subcontractor accounts and building relationships across the supply chain.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.
Aware of Health and Safety regulations and their commercial implications.
