seeking jobs for a gap year or long-term emigration. Place positions
in customer service, sales, and other related service areas. Create and post targeted job ads
to attract the right candidates. Conduct interviews
and assess applicants' suitability. Collaborate with clients
to fully understand position requirements. What You Should Bring :
Experience in recruiting , ideally as a freelancer or in staffing. Knowledge of the European labor market , especially in Greece, Portugal, and Spain. Strong communication
and persuasion skills. Proficiency with recruiting tools
and platforms. Independent work style
