My client is looking for a Project Manager for a Retail Design and Build project. This booking will run for several months. Key Requirements: Strong experience in Retail Design and Build. Understanding of Health and Safety parameters on-site. Knowledge of CDM regulations. Extensive experience in the Retail build landscape in the UK. Familiarity with UK building regulations. UK residents with full UK working rights only. The role is 4 days on-site in London, with one day available for remote work. The booking is inside IR35, and you will need to go through an Umbrella Company for your tax status. The pay is £300.00 to £350.00 per day, and you will invoice as a freelancer.
