My Client is a Tier Construction Contractor seeking a seasoned Senior Engineer with extensive experience in RC frame high-rise developments. I am looking for a highly skilled professional to join our client’s team on a landmark multi-block apartment scheme.
THE ROLE: As the Freelance Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of engineering works across this high-rise residential project. You’ll collaborate with the Site and Project Managers to oversee technical elements, resolve engineering challenges, and maintain adherence to project specifications and timelines.
DUTIES: Oversee all engineering aspects of the multi-block, RC frame apartment scheme. Ensure accurate setting out for structural and architectural components. Manage and monitor technical and quality standards across the site. Coordinate with subcontractors to resolve design and construction challenges. Prepare and maintain detailed site records, reports, and technical documentation. Contribute to health and safety planning and compliance on-site. Provide technical guidance and support to site teams and stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS: Extensive experience as a Senior Engineer on RC frame high-rise residential projects. Strong technical knowledge of RC frame construction methods and practices. Proficient in setting out using Total Station and GPS systems. Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification. SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (mandatory). Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
