Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak to experienced Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyors.
Our client, a £40m turnover principal contractor who specialise in facades, is a growing, forward-thinking business that has just been awarded over £20m worth of contracts in the Midlands. They treat all staff with the same level of respect and operate a modern way of construction. Typical projects range from £1m to £10m and are typically within the residential sector (RC Frame).
They are offering (depending on experience) up to £105,000 for the right candidate or are happy to discuss a freelance basis up to potentially £450 per day.
They seek an experienced leader from a qualified commercial management background to oversee both projects across the Midlands. The candidate must have a proven track record of delivering external cladding works for large contractors and possess strong organisational skills, as they will be responsible for leading a small quantity surveying team in the region.
The ideal candidate will have strong contractual knowledge, outstanding residential experience, and come from a degree-qualified background in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
