Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak to experienced Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyors.
Our client, a £40m turnover principal contractor who specializes in facades, is a growing, forward-thinking business that has just been awarded over £20m worth of contracts in the Midlands. They treat all staff with the same level of respect and operate a modern way of construction. Typical projects range from £1m to £10m and are typically within the residential sector (RC Frame).
They are offering (depending on experience) up to £105,000 for the right candidate or are happy to discuss a freelance basis of up to potentially £450 per day.
They seek an experienced leader from a qualified commercial management background to oversee both projects across the Midlands. The candidate must have a proven track record of delivering external cladding works for large contractors and possess strong organizational skills, as they will be responsible for leading a small quantity surveying team in the region.
They are looking for someone to start in the last week of January 2025, so the interview process has opened as of today.
The ideal candidate will have strong contractual knowledge, outstanding residential experience, and come from a degree-qualified background in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
