Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Central London Rate: £400+ Must have high-end/prime residential experience. Our client is a well-respected bespoke contractor with a turnover of around £50m, working for ultra-wealthy individual clients and luxury residential investors. They specialize in the residential market and have delivered projects in excess of £30m. Currently, they are working on a super prime project in Central London, in one of the most affluent areas. The requirement is for a well-rounded Senior Surveyor on a freelance basis, initially for 6 months, to step in and finalize the procurement and manage all subcontractor accounts. This candidate should ideally have a high-end background and previous experience working on similar schemes in London. Must come from a degree-qualified background (or similar) in Quantity Surveying.
