The Role: Are you a driven, results-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced environments? As the Freelance Senior Site Manager, you'll be at the helm of a major AMP8 civil infrastructure project. You'll take charge, inspire teams, and ensure delivery of a vital project that will transform the region's water infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: * Own the site - lead daily operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely project delivery. * Motivate and inspire - drive your team, subcontractors, and suppliers to perform at their best. * Plan and deliver - oversee project phases, ensuring every milestone is hit with precision. * Raise the bar - maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and quality within the AMP8 framework. * Stay on track - monitor budgets, resources, and project progress, reporting directly to senior leadership. * Solve challenges - be proactive, tackle obstacles head-on, and build lasting client and stakeholder relationships. * Keep it seamless - run site meetings, risk assessments, and inspections to keep everything on course. What We're Looking For: * Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale civil infrastructure projects. * Experience in water infrastructure, drainage, utilities, or structures (AMP framework experience is a big plus!). * Natural leader with the ability to inspire teams and deliver exceptional results. * Strong grasp of health and safety regulations (SMSTS/CSCS essential). * Experience with NEC contracts is an advantage. * Quick thinker with top-notch problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
