Freelance Site Manager - High-End Residential Refurbishment
Future Build are seeking a Freelance Site Manager to work for a client, a small main contractor to run a refurbishment project commencing at the start of next year. The project involves the internal refurbishment of a high-end residential property in Peasedown Saint John near Bath. This property recently suffered a fire and requires a complete strip out and internal refurbishment to a high standard, including significant bespoke carpentry and joinery installation as well as marble and granite.
We are looking for a Site Manager with a keen eye for detail who has previously managed internal refurbishment projects on high-end residential properties.
