London Freelance Site Manager Residential New Build 8+ Month Contract A well-run, small privately owned residential developer is looking for a Freelance Site Manager to deliver projects for them in the Catford area. You will be looking after 2 projects running concurrently: one is a 4-unit traditional build scheme, and the other is a 9-unit development over 4 floors constructed by RC Frame. The projects are due to run until the end of the year, but with future projects, the client can potentially offer a contract beyond these schemes. The client is looking to appoint a Site Manager who has experience in delivering new build residential schemes, including RC frames, and who has worked for small developers rather than large PLCs. As the Site Manager, you will be fully accountable for all on-site activities to ensure the project is completed within budget and on schedule while ensuring all health and safety guidelines are adhered to. You should possess a Black CSCS Card and a 1st Aid certificate. The client is looking for the appointed Site Manager to ideally be computer literate and able to add value to the project.
