Are you a skilled Site Manager looking to lead a dynamic project? We have an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to oversee a new build development in Galashiels for a 16-week contract.
The Role:
You will take charge of a new build project valued at under £2 million, ensuring that all aspects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and managing site operations from inception to completion. Coordinating contractors, suppliers, and site personnel. Monitoring project progress and ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. Upholding strict health and safety standards on-site. Reporting regularly to stakeholders on site progress and any potential issues. Requirements:
Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme). CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card. Current First Aid at Work certification. Proven experience managing new build developments. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. IT literacy. What's On Offer:
