My Client is a Tier Construction Contractor looking for an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record in delivering high-rise RC frame projects. We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our client’s dynamic team on a flagship multi-block apartment scheme in Leeds.
THE ROLE:
As the Freelance Site Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. Working closely with the Project Manager, you’ll manage site teams and subcontractors to deliver this ambitious development.
DUTIES:
Lead site operations on a multi-block, RC frame apartment development. Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient progress. Monitor and enforce health and safety protocols. Maintain project timelines and budgets, resolving issues proactively. Oversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with project specifications. Report progress and updates to senior management. REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a Site Manager on RC frame high-rise residential projects. Strong understanding of construction methods and techniques specific to RC frames. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (mandatory). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
