Kenton Black are recruiting for a Freelance Site Manager, for a 4 week project in Aberdeenshire. The client is a local main contractor with deep roots in the construction industry & projects across North-East of Scotland. The established contractor is known for successfully delivering refurbishment works for private clients, local authorities & housing associations.
In your new role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operation on a refurbishment to an existing medical facility in Aberdeenshire. You will guide sub-contractors & in house tradesmen/labour alongside ensuring health & safety is adhered to at all times. During the 4 week temporary placement, you will focus on achieving the deadlines set out in the agreed construction programme and contribute in progress meetings with management, clients & stakeholders.
To be successful in obtaining this role, you will need CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid qualifications alongside the ability to provide positive working references from previous employment, whereby you have delivered a refurbishment contract as Site Manager.
