Kenton Black are recruiting for a Freelance Site Manager for a 4-week project in Aberdeenshire. The client is a local main contractor with deep roots in the construction industry and projects across the North-East of Scotland. The established contractor is known for successfully delivering refurbishment works for private clients, local authorities, and housing associations.
In your new role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operation on a refurbishment to an existing medical facility in Aberdeenshire. You will guide sub-contractors and in-house tradesmen/labour while ensuring health and safety is adhered to at all times. During the 4-week temporary placement, you will focus on achieving the deadlines set out in the agreed construction programme and contribute in progress meetings with management, clients, and stakeholders.
To be successful in obtaining this role, you will need CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid qualifications alongside the ability to provide positive working references from previous employment, where you have delivered a refurbishment contract as Site Manager.
