Responsibilities:
Responsible for completion of Multimodal Freight Operations from Start to Finish
Quoting and Pricing, ensuring best rates are secured
Liaising with shippers, hauliers, carriers
Key account management - responsible for managing accounts from booking to deliveries
Arranging for the timely and accurate documentation of shipments
Completing custom documentations
Creating and maintaining strong relationship with clients, ensuring all inquires are dealt with
Requirements:
2+ years experience working with a leading freight forwarder
Awareness of all aspects of shipment process from Start to Finish
Can collaborate with the customer to provide the best service available
Able to reach all deadlines within the time constraints provided
Confident and effective communication skills (verbal and via email), with the ability to build relationships with customers
