Remuneration Salary: 27,000 - 35,000 Annual performance-related bonuses 25 days holiday + bank holidays Responsibilities Managing and overseeing the import and export of goods from various global locations. Organizing the collection process with designated transportation firms. Collaborating closely with clients, branch offices, international agents, and transportation providers, among other partners. Delivering exceptional customer service by addressing queries and providing timely updates. Overseeing order tracking, invoicing, and managing pre-alerts from overseas offices and agents. Handling Customs entries as required. Monitoring shipments until final delivery. Managing job costing and invoicing duties. Requirements At least two years' experience with a UK-based freight forwarding company. Experience in import or export operations, including air, road, or ocean shipments. Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures. Practical experience with freight-related software such as Cargowise, Multifreight, etc. Outstanding customer service skills.
