Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering exceptional customer service and selling travel packages as well as upselling across the French market. Ensuring that all enquiries via telephone, email and chat are being responded to in a timely manner. Maintaining client/customer satisfaction Working closely and cooperatively with other departments of the company and attending events abroad. Hitting your targets and keep up with the KPIs.About you:
The successful candidate will be a customer-focused individual, confident and well-spoken in French as you will be dealing with a variety of customers. As a French speaking Sales Representative, you will become part of a diverse, friendly and motivated team within a fast-growing multinational organisation.
Profile:
