Job Overview We are seeking a talented Front End Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-friendly web applications that enhance the user experience. You will work closely with back-end developers and other team members to create seamless and efficient systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of web technologies and a passion for delivering high-quality code. The Company We are an exciting Tech Start-Up in the process of building a revolutionary platform to level out the recruitment industry. We already have a team of awesome founding team who have built over half of our MVP, and we are looking for a Front End Developer to join us. During the first 3 months, we are offering equity in exchange for approx 10hrs a week to get the first phase done which will then trigger our funding to enable us to employ everyone full-time. Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML, SCSS, Java, and PHP. Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional web applications. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability. Integrate with back-end services using RESTful APIs and SOAP protocols. Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, providing timely resolutions. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills. Qualifications Proficiency in Java. Experience with system architecture design is highly desirable. Familiarity with RESTful services and SOAP APIs is advantageous. Knowledge of AWS is a bonus. Must have Spring Boot experience. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
