Description: As a Front of House and Facilities Administration Assistant (Intern), you will be the face of the company to guests while supporting seamless operations throughout the office. You will be a resourceful team member, managing guest experience from the first point of contact and contributing to our strong organisational brand. Accountability: Raising purchase orders relating to the day-to-day activities of the company and tracking these using Salesforce. Creating colleague travel/accommodation accounts. Assist with the organisation and running of company events as required. Ensuring all calls are answered promptly and professionally. Facilitating office tours for new colleagues. Act as a fire marshal and first aider following training. Ensuring any deliveries are received and stored accordingly. Responsibilities: Front of house: Act as a receptionist for all visitors. Welcoming guests and clients to Methods in a professional and friendly manner. Assisting in the coordination of meetings and room preparation, providing beverages for guests. Ensure proactive management of work spaces to ensure they remain functional, tidy and ready for use. Proactively managing stock/stationery supplies. Training received: Salesforce CRM. Health and safety, fire, first-aid. Other training will be provided as required. Experience: Graduate level education preferred. Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel. Good general technology skills. Great numeracy and communicative skills. Drive and enthusiasm with a positive attitude and attention to details. Development:
