Fantastic opportunity for a passionate and guest centric Front of House Manager to join this lifestyle hotel based in Cambridge.
Working with an established team you will be responsible for managing a unique front of house operation, with the opportunity to quickly make a difference!
Key duties will include;
- To lead and manage the Front of House team, ensuring brand standards are in place to deliver a seamless, personalised and memorable guest experience.
- To ensure that all room allocations are dealt with accurately and efficiently so that guests are allocated the right room at the right rate, thereby maximising rooms yield.
- To recruit, appoint, retain, review, identify training needs, provide active support and development and ensure succession planning is in place.
- To ensure that upselling and membership processes are implemented, whilst maintaining brand standards.
To be successful in this role you will have previous Front of House management experience from within a branded / corporate hotel. You will have excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional and personalised customer service.
This role would suit someone used to working with brand standards and process, who is now looking to move to a lifestyle property to add your own personality and flair!
