As an ambassador of the site, the role is to manage all front of house operations ensuring that the FOH team are trained to the highest standards and in line with our clients' expectations, helping define the company's unique ‘6* service' concept, which sets Green Park apart from other organisations. The Front of House Manager will be familiar with different aspects and functions of the FOH operations, and ensure that the Occupier engagement is a focus supporting their expectations in an excellent and professional manner. Working with the wider FM team we want you to encourage community spirit growth.

£45,000 to £48,000 per annum dependent on experience

A typical day in the life as a Front of House Manager:
Manage all front of house operations including, but not limited to, visitor management, documentation organisation, dress, and deportment standards
Ensure that the highest levels of service are always being offered to both the occupiers and the client
Liaise with support staff as required to manage the team rota
Manage people processes such as recruitment, training, rota requirements and staff inductions
Create and develop an Occupier Liaison programme with the aim of improving Occupier relationships and becoming an ambassador of the site and the benefits of the community
Continually review existing standards and procedures whilst implementing new innovations and ideas to ensure a seamless delivery of front of house services
