Front of House Manager
to take charge of our Union 15 food and beverage unit at Twickenham Stadium. This role is at the heart of our event-day operations, requiring exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership, and the ability to maintain seamless communication between the front and back of house under intense pressure. Key Responsibilities: Front-of-House Leadership:
Take full control of FOH operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment. Guest Satisfaction:
Drive exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs quickly and effectively in a busy setting. Team Management:
Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff to perform at their best in a high-intensity atmosphere. Seamless Communication:
Act as the vital link between FOH and BOH teams, ensuring fast and accurate communication to deliver smooth service. Quick Problem Solving:
Anticipate and resolve challenges in real-time without disrupting service flow. Stock & Presentation:
Oversee food and beverage displays, ensuring they are replenished and visually appealing during peak times. Compliance:
Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards in a demanding, fast-paced environment. What We’re Looking For: Proven Experience:
Demonstrated success as a Front of House Manager or similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume food and beverage operation. Exceptional Leadership:
A hands-on leader who can inspire and manage teams effectively under pressure. Adaptability:
Quick thinking and the ability to stay calm while juggling multiple priorities in a hectic setting. Communication Skills:
Excellent coordination between FOH and BOH teams to maintain efficient operations. Customer Focus:
A commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences, even during the busiest moments. Knowledge:
Familiarity with food safety standards and health regulations. Commitment:
To all 6 nations games. Guaranteed Shifts:
46 guaranteed shifts throughout 2025 for the right individual. Flexibility:
