Due to continued expansion of our client’s business, their Harrogate clinic is becoming busier and they are recruiting for a Front of House Manager. This superb opportunity is a full-time role and will require you to work 2 midweek late nights (8pm) alongside other days and Saturdays.

About the role

As a Front of House Manager, you will be working from our client’s tranquil and luxurious office, set in beautiful grounds. You will be dealing with customer treatments and enquiries. It is a very friendly and collaborative office where you’ll be working alongside an established team who will be able to give you full training and support.

About the responsibilities

The role of Front of House Manager requires you to have the ability to deal with the everyday running of the clinic, office administration, face to face interaction with clients and new enquiries in a warm, friendly and professional manner. Key tasks include: Having initiative and being able to troubleshoot problems without supervision Stock control and handling finances for the course of treatment will also be part of the role Demonstrating good attention to detail Empathy is a key factor in an opportunity such as this and our client is looking for a unique individual who can build and maintain relationships and offer an understanding and sympathetic ear.

About you

Candidates who are already experienced in a similar role will be welcomed along with those who have the right personality and approach. Although specific experience is a bonus it is certainly not essential as training can be given where required. This role may also suit applicants with experience in recruitment, healthcare or medical sales and to be successful for the role of Front of House Manager, you will have / be: Well-presented and articulate Prepared to get involved in all aspects of the business from client liaison to office management Motivated, reliable and conscientious Driven to grow with the business There are plans to expand in the future with more clinics opening in the UK, Europe and Middle East and should you be keen, there will be a chance for you to be involved in these international opportunities.

About the hours and rewards

For the role of Front of House Manager, there is a basic salary from £23,000 per annum with realistic and achievable bonuses on top for hitting set targets. There will also be a benefits package, and this can be tailored to individual preferences. Due to the importance of this opportunity the salary is very much open to negotiation once the right candidate is found. With continued expansion, the early and successful candidates will be offered growth within the organisation for more senior positions and roles as the company grows.
