Answering the telephone Checking and replying to emails from patients Update contact notes with patient communication Ensuring all practice-to-practice communication is done via email Daily banking & cashing up Working with Front of House team and Dental Nurses to maintain Front of House protocols Completion of tasks assigned from the Practice Manager The role suits an individual who:
Has excellent communication skills and is empathetic to patient’s needs Is well organised Works well on their own and as part of a team Has a positive and friendly attitude Has good literacy and IT skills, working comfortably in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel & Outlook. Is professional and enthusiastic about the practice values Understands the importance of excellent customer service and is always willing to go that extra mile.
