Front Office IT Business Analyst, Investment Management c£75k (neg) + bonus + benefits Fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Business Analyst with demonstrable “buy-side” experience sitting alongside Traders on the front desk within the Investment Management / Fund Management / Buy-side environments to join one of the leading UK and International Investment Management firms at an exciting time in their growth! You will be sitting next to the Traders and will build and support the future state trading infrastructure and platform, supporting all asset classes traded globally. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a robust, diplomatic and confident personality in order to effectively work alongside the Traders and technical developer team mates and will be able to deliver traders and trading quantitative researchers with best in class trading solutions. You will collaborate with global teammates and business partners to define scope, document requirements, write and ensure the execution of test cases, configure solutions and demonstrate new functionality. You are proficient in Agile project methodology with good skills in data analysis, data aggregation and modelig with expert level experience in SQL. Any exposure to Python, OneTick, R or Java is helpful (though not essential) as is any experience working with Charles River or similar systems / platforms. Based out of their Thames Valley offices in the Home Counties there will also be some travel domestically and internationally so we are looking for a candidate prepared to do both. Exciting or what?!
