What you'll be doing... Reporting to the Operations Manager you can expect your working day to include the following: Manage the Front Office & Nights Team to ensure smooth operation and exceptional guest service. Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring team members are well-informed and compliant. Foster strong working relationships with other managers and departments to facilitate effective collaboration. Monitor staff performance and provide necessary guidance and coaching for improvement. Maintain optimal staffing levels to meet business needs and ensure efficient operation. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
