Qualifications Graduated from Tourism and Hotel Management departments of higher schools or universities. 4 years of experience in a similar position. Strong written and spoken English communication skills. Knowledge of the Opera system. Good command of MS Office programs. Always aiming to carry the quality of service forward. Strong communication skills. Successful in coordination of administrative affairs. Leadership, motivation, and planning skills. Analytical thinking and high negotiation skills. Results-oriented and visionary. Enjoys problem solving. Adopts a friendly service approach. Enjoys working in a team. Respect for guest privacy. Completed military service for male candidates.
