Job Description We currently have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced Front Office Manager to join the Mama gang in our trendy property based in East London. Leading an exceptional team of Managers and team members in this 24-hour operation. We're looking for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experience and being the face of the business, understands the detail in the operation, can think quickly on their feet and ensures the team is nurtured, taken care of and trained to the highest of their abilities. Being the Front Office Manager also means that you will be looking after not only the day team but also the night team, ensuring policies and procedures are being followed and there are no discrepancies between reconciliation with the finance team. Using platforms such as Opera cloud and Symphony and ACCOR systems and other third-party booking platforms. Ensuring task checklists are completed by management and receptionists in a timely fashion.
