About the Role The FS International Tax & Transaction Services team works with top-tier Banking, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management clients, advising on major transactions and market-leading deals. The team combines international tax services and transaction tax expertise, offering a unique structure that provides career diversity and specialisation opportunities. From helping new market entrants to structuring large M&A deals, professionals in this team play a key role in shaping the future of multinational financial institutions.

The Opportunity This is a critical time in international tax, with global changes creating high demand for expert tax advisory services. This team is expanding and is seeking experienced Managers and Senior Managers with a strong background in financial services to join them. This role offers an opportunity to work on a broad range of projects, from advising small inbound clients to multinational giants, across Banking, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management sectors. Candidates will have the flexibility to either specialise or gain exposure across various sub-sectors.

Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture strong client relationships through exceptional tax advisory services. Lead the successful delivery of complex tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical business solutions. Identify and drive new opportunities, contributing to business growth through strategic insights. Develop both internal and external networks, building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering their growth through guidance and on-the-job training.

Requirements: A qualified tax professional with experience in international tax, ideally holding qualifications such as ATT, ACA, CA, or CTA (or equivalent). A proven track record of working with financial services clients, managing projects, and leading teams. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a client-driven approach. Experience in coaching and developing junior staff members.
